Casa Rosa is a licensed, up-market bordello situated in fictitious Tolley Street in Surry Hills, an inner-city suburb of Sydney, Australia. It has been owned and operated by Mrs Maria Russo since the mid-80s.

The bordello provides the setting for Madam, MBA, an unpublished novel by Perry Gretton.
